Tourneau re-committed to the eCommerce channel in 2004 and needed a modernized system architecture, personalized user experience, a secure eCommerce platform, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to easily and efficiently update content. The company also needed a better way to manage its two digital storefronts – Tourneau and WatchGear – from the same database.
